Research On Spatial Optimization Strategy In The Protection Planning Of Dunhuang Historical And Cultural City Based On Spatial Syntax

As the “throat key” on the ancient Chinese Silk Road,Dunhuang,a national historical and cultural city,plays an important position on the strategic platform of the Huaxia civilization inheritance innovation zone in Gansu.In recent years,the gradual development of the protection of historical and cultural cities has provided Dunhuang with the opportunities to continue its historical context,highlight regional characteristics and enhance cultural competitiveness.However,a series of problems,such as the rapid expansion of urban space,disorderly development of the dual-city pattern and the lack of functional space integration,still existing in the process during the protection of Duhuang city.Therefore,by using the systematic research method system of rational science and start with the perspective of studying space ontology,it is necessary to analyze the characteristics and problems of Dunhuang urban space,to fully cognize and understand the information contained in urban space,to analyze the city's basic characteristics,spatial organization and development law of spatial morphology prototypes,to look for the ideal simulation of urban spatial organization optimization and value maximization,and to provide countermeasures and suggestions for urban space optimization in Dunhuang based on the research basis of protection planning.Taking the protection planning of Dunhuang historical and cultural city as the research background,this paper conducts empirical research on the quantifiable and visualized urban spatial form and optimization strategy of Dunhuang,based on the spatial syntactic research method.Firstly,through the in-depth study of the spatial syntactic theory,the spatial syntactic theories such as "natural human flow movement","space configuration" and "space entropy value" with strong reference are summarized,and the spatial syntactic research methods such as axis analysis method,convex space analysis,the law and view-area analysis are concluded.At the same time,the applicability and feasibility of different theories and methods in the study of urban space are systematically studied.Secondly,combined with the spatial value and connotation of the historical and cultural city of Dunhuang,three levels of spatial research have been delineated pertinently: the historical urban space at the macro level,the historical block space at the meso level,and the historical building space at the micro level.Finally,the results are statistically analyzed through specific spatial syntactic operations to study the different levels of the spatial characteristics and development order of Dunhuang city and sort out the problems in the research and practice of the protection planning of historical and cultural cities in Dunhuang.In view of the current research of the protection of Dunhuang,the historical and cultural city,this paper summarizes the strategic position of Dunhuang,its historical geographical environment and the mapping of urban development in its special geographical space.By constructing the syntactic feature analysis model of spatial system of Dunhuang,the spatial optimization strategy of syntactic pointing is explored at different spatial levels.At the macro level,a proposition has been made about the communication enhancement strategy,based on integrated axes,after the analyzation of the syntactic features of regional functions,morphological structures and spatial divisions of historical urban areas.At the meso level,it mainly focuses on the syntactic feature analyzation of the structural form,format layout and space of historical blocks,and the space node,and then proposes a functional adjustment strategy based on convex structure.At the micro level,it mainly analyzes the syntactic features of the planar structure,functional layout and spatial sequence of historical buildings,and proposes the recognition promotion strategy based on the entropy value of the visual zone.Through the empirical research on the historical and cultural city of Dunhuang,this paper intends to apply multiple spatial analysis methods in its protection planning,and provide some reference significance for the research and implementation of protection planning.
