Due to the gradual exhaustion of energy and the continuous deterioration of the environment,President Xi has proposed the strategic goal of building global energy internet.Its most important advantage is that it can realize the optimal allocation of resources and solve the problem of unbalanced energy distribution.At present,the development of global energy internet in the world is in full swing,but each country has no macro understanding of its development level and development limitations.Therefore,research on how to assess the status quo of energy internet development in major countries around the world has important reference value for promoting the popularization of energy internet.This master thesis relies on the Technology Project of State Grid Corporation of China "Study on Global Energy Internet Development Index Model and Its Application"in cooperation with State Grid Energy Research Institute and North China Electric Power University.Taking the global energy internet as the research object,this master thesis establishes a static evaluation model capable of quantitative evaluation and a dynamic evaluation model,and analyzes the evaluation results in detail,and puts forward relevant development suggestions.The main research contents of this master thesis are as follows:At first,the index system of global energy internet development index is established in this master thesis,based on the principles of index establishment,expert investigation method and the minimum variance method.From the comprehensive development level of smart grid,power grid development and electricity transaction level,clean energy use level and social development factor,this master thesis establishes global energy internet index system constructed by 12 secondary indicators and 43 tertiary indicators.Then,the dimensionless pretreatment method of index system is selected.Secondly,the subjective and objective comprehensive weight model is determined.This master thesis uses the order relation method to determine the subjective weight,and CRITIC,anti-entropy weight and cantiere method to determine the objective weight.Considering the limitations of the objective weighting method,it is determined by the method of minimum variance selection.Then the evaluation models based on improved cloud matter-element analysis method,improved grey correlation method and their weighted new model are established,and this master thesis puts forward using compatibility degree and difference degree to select the optimal evaluation model.According to the index system,weight model and evaluation model,sixty-six countries around the world are selected as samples,and the relevant data is collected from authoritative websites,reports,platform pressures and books.Then,this master thesis obtains the static evaluation results of the sample countries and analyzes the results briefly.Then,this master thesis uses principal component analysis method to reduce the data dimension,bayes discriminant analysis method,nearest neighbor algorithm and support vector machine method are respectively used to establish the dynamic model of global energy internet development index.The advantage is that the dynamic model can make up the defects of static model and improve the stability of evaluation results.This master thesis takes the static evaluation results as the calculation examples of the dynamic evaluation model,tests the evaluation accuracy and stability of each model,analyzes the main reasons for the errors of each model,and finally determines the method to establish the dynamic evaluation model,and verifies the stability.Finally,based on the results of static evaluation analysis and dynamic evaluation analysis,this master thesis draws the radar chart and analyzes the evaluation results belong to typical countries in different continents from four dimensions,including the comprehensive development level of smart grid,the development level of power grid and power transaction level,clean energy utilization and social development factors.Based on the analysis results of various aspects of global energy internet,relevant development suggestions are put forward.The influence of various development suggestions on the development index is analyzed according to the sensitivity principle,so as to determine the priority of development suggestions.
