Research On The Key Success Factors Of ZTM Company Management System Innovation

Management system innovation is a key factor for an enterprise to survive and develop.For different companies,the key success factors are different.With the overall deepening reform of China's economy,construction companies in the long-term development process cannot meet the development requirements of the current rapid transformation era due to their own factors.Enterprise development and even survival pose serious challenges.Therefore,this article takes ZTM as an example to study the key success factors that influence the innovation of the management system of ZTM,and provides certain suggestions for the development of the enterprise.The research in this paper is divided into two stages,including an explanatory structural model and an empirical analysis.Through analysis and summary of domestic and foreign literature on management system innovation and key success factors,combined with the Delphi method,experts' opinions and suggestions on various factors are collected to determine a list of key success factors for management system innovation in construction companies.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of the ZTM company,the performance of the company's management system innovation is explained,thinking that various factors have an impact on the company's management system innovation.Finally,an ISM analysis of 11 successful factors was carried out,and an explanatory structure model of ZTM's management system innovation was constructed,and the logical relationship between each factor was analyzed.In the empirical analysis,the questionnaire is designed according to the success factors determined by the explanatory structural model,and the basic characteristics of the sample are explained.Factor analysis of the questionnaire data through SPSS 22.0,extracting five main components that affect the innovation of the company's management system from 44 items,namely "internal and external identification","customer relationship","employee relationship","talent team " And " enterprise adaptability ",and explains the influence mechanism of various factors on the innovation of the company's management system,so as to provide the company with opinions and suggestions to improve the innovation of the management system,which is conducive to managers to better allocate enterprise resources.Finally,according to the relevant conclusions of empirical research,for ZTM company to improve the management system,put forward corresponding management recommendations.
