Research On "Scale And Thousand People Index" Of Public Education Facilities Based On County Town System

The special planning of educational facilities layout has always been an important planning work associated with the development of educational undertakings.Education is the foundation of people's livelihood.In the process of adjusting the layout planning of educational facilities,how to effectively solve the problem of educational facilities layout and make rational use of educational resources are the focus of planning workers' thinking.For many years,there has been a great difference between urban and rural development across the country,and counties are precisely the planning and administrative units that closely link urban and rural areas.The layout planning of educational facilities is mainly compiled and implemented by the county-level government,and the gap between urban and rural areas of such facilities is also evident in this planning unit.This paper studies how to make the related index forecast more reasonable and scientific,and how to make the planning and layout more practical in the preparation of the layout of educational facilities in the county.Starting from the basic definition of basic public service facilities,this paper sorts out the types and characteristics of educational facilities and defines the types of educational facilities in this study.In the research of county planning unit,the concept and content of town system are introduced,and the characteristics of the whole country,province,city and county town system are summarized.Part of the basic theories related to the urban system will be studied,and the current national and provincial standards and regulations will be sorted out to lay a theoretical foundation for the following research.This paper puts forward a method of linking unit division with urban system classification,and assigns indexes to the whole county according to the urban types divided by the urban system,so as to construct an index system suitable for the county.Taking the above analysis as the research basis,the hierarchy division of the urban system in the overall planning of each county and city was firstly carried out,and then the suitability of the division of planning units according to the urban system was verified.The fitting degree analysis of the county's education data and the relevant data of the urban system.If the fitting degree is high.the method of dividing planning units based on town system is considered to be applicable in the county.On the contrary,it is considered that the classification method is not applicable to the county's basic public education facilities layout planning.Finally,the system composition of "scale and 1000 persons index" based on the hierarchy division of the urban system is constructed.At the end of this paper,tongcheng(county level city)in anhui province is taken as an example to make an empirical case study.County education facilities profiles were analyzed,and the first to the second division of planning units and suitability test,could be divided into downtown tongcheng city,new town in the south,central town,general town,five levels,such as characteristic town is verified through present situation analysis.specification,reasonable forecast,put forward suitable for of tongcheng city is divided into central,southern new town,central town,town and characteristic town five general level of basic public education facilities layout of the "scale and 1,000 indicators" system...
