The continued growth in electricity demand and the growing shortage of traditional energy sources are driving the grid to move toward efficient,flexible,intelligent and sustainable change to accommodate future technology needs.With the development of technology,society's requirements for environmental protection,energy conservation,emission reduction and sustainable development are increasing.The traditional passive response type distribution network can no longer meet people's demand for high quality electric energy.Active distribution network emerges as the times require.Under the premise of sustainable development,a reasonable evaluation of the development of active distribution networks is an urgent problem to be solved under the situation of power market reform.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out in-depth research on the sustainable development of the active distribution network and propose a scientific and practical comprehensive evaluation system and method to guide the development of the actual distribution network.This paper closely combines the development of active distribution network,and on the basis of establishing a reasonable and comprehensive comprehensive evaluation index system,further in-depth and meticulous research on weight calculation makes the evaluation system more practical and applicable.main tasks as follows:(1)Starting from the needs of the relevant main body of the active distribution network,through the review of the evaluation system and method of the traditional distribution network,combined with the concept of sustainable development,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the sustainable development of the active distribution network.The indicator system includes indicators in four dimensions:economic,environmental,social,and operational.(2)Based on the constructed index system,the improved analytic hierarchy process is used to set the index weights,which reduces the subjectivity of the people,makes the weights more scientific,and uses the sensitivity analysis to verify the weights.Robustness provides scientific guidance to policy makers.(3)With the reform of the power market,a large number of distributed power sources in the distribution network are built by users or new energy suppliers,which changes the power supply mode of distributed power ownership to the grid.Firstly,taking the A distribution network as an example,under the different subsidypolicies of the state for distributed photovoltaics,analyze the impact of some basic indicators on the development of the distribution network.Secondly,take the distribution network of three different cities as an example to analyze the development of distribution networks in different cities.Furthermore,the entropy weight method is used to obtain the more scientific index weights.The index data of the comprehensive evaluation index system studied in this paper is used to analyze the example,which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation index system studied in this paper.
