With the gradual expansion of the distribution network and increased investment in construction funds,the use of scientific and rational methods for the comprehensive evaluation of distribution networks will be of great significance to promote the high-quality development of distribution network and improve the investment benefit.The development status of distribution network has been taken as the research object,with the comprehensive evaluation methods,evaluation models,and distribution network evaluation and decision support software been focused on in this paper.The main research contents include the following:A comprehensive evaluation index for distribution network has been constructed,with the comprehensive score as the goal layer,economic efficiency,power supply reliability,and coordination adaptability as criteria layers and the specific evaluation index as index layers,according to the relevant theory of comprehensive evaluation in distribution network.The meaning and quantification rules of each indicator are also clarified in this paper.In addition,the normalization method of the index score function and the common index weight calculation method are introduced.A comprehensive evaluation model based on the entropy weight hierarchy analysis method is proposed,and the comprehensive scores of each power supply are calculated through specific cases.The theoretical function model of comprehensive scores and indicators was explored,and the consistency between the model and the comprehensive evaluation model based on the entropy weighted analytic hierarchy process was verified.The index sensitivity calculation formula and the comprehensive score increment formula were further deduced and specific analysis was made in conjunction with the calculation examples.In addition,the benefits of marginal scores are analyzed according to the calculation of the comprehensive score growth rate of each power supply station,the 142 power supply stations are divided into 3 categories by system clusterin,and the next stage of investment development proposals are proposed for different types of power supply.A comprehensive evaluation auxiliary software system for distribution network has been designed in this paper.According to the theoretical basis of the comprehensive evaluation model based on the entropy weight analytic hierarchy process,a comprehensive score calculation program has been written through MATLAB.With the help of the GUI toolkit,a number of interfaces are designed for parameter setting and related results display,and a visual human-computer interaction function has been realized.Furthermore,the practicability and versatility of the system are verified through the operation of the concrete example.
