In order to deal with the large-scale blackouts that may occur in power grids,how to quickly restore power grids is an important research topic at home and abroad.And FCB function has become the focus of attention.Therefore,the realization of FCB function in thermal power plant units has important practical value to the safe and stable operation of power grids and units,the prevention of unexpected accidents and the reduction of operating costs.This paper takes Taishan 1000MW6#unit as the research object,the main problems of the original system control for adding FCB function are analyzed;On the basis of considering the full use of the original equipment design margin,the feasibility and implementation of the FCB function are analyzed and demonstrated.The hardware of the related equipment was reformed and logically improved.The unit simulation test,condensate system verification test,bypass function verification test,thermal control parameter optimization adjustment test,variable load test and fuel RB test were carried out to verify that the performance and system design of the main and auxiliary equipment of the unit met the requirements of realizing FCB function.Based on the principle of safety first and steadily advancing,FCB tests with 100%,75%unit loads have been completed step by step.The test results and problems existing in the tests are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are given.The test results show that the proposed scheme is effective and feasible.It has the advantages of short transformation period and low cost,and can bring safety benefits and economic benefits to power grid and units.
