In recent years,with the rapid development of China's social economy,the construction industry has also developed rapidly.Traditional project management has no competitive advantage.Under such circumstances,improving quality and reducing costs have become new targets for project management.Therefore,the refined engineering management system has become an inevitable choice for enterprises.Building Information Modeling(BIM)is a popular technology in the construction industry.Through the application of multi-professional and whole process of BIM model,this paper verifies that BIM technology can achieve the goal of refined management of engineering projects.Based on a residential project,the BIM5 D model was built using Guanglianda software to study the process,quality and cost control process based on the model in a certain period of time,and achieved good project management results,which can be used for related engineering reference applications.In this paper,BIM technology is used as a tool to achieve the following results:(1)Drawing management: It is convenient and quick to import the construction drawing into the BIM5 D model to form a model combining 3D model and 2D drawing,which greatly facilitates the construction technician to check the drawings and improve work efficiency.(2)Pipeline segmentation: divide a construction project into several flow-through construction sections,optimize resource allocation,and integrate 5D applications.Based on BIM technology to achieve refined management,reduce costs and reduce losses.(3)Progress management: After importing the schedule,it is associated with the civil steel reinforcement model,and the 3D component model time information is given.After the schedule is related,the model engineering quantity at this time can be calculated according to the construction section,component type,floor and other information for any time period or time node.You can also compare the actual and planned engineering quantities according to the development order of time to see if there is any delay in the progress.(4)Quality management: Photograph the safety and quality problems appearing on the construction site and record them in the corresponding position of the model to facilitate the construction unit or the supervision unit to supervise and inspect the parts where the problem occurs.(5)Cost management: BIM5 D software can link the contract list and cost list with the 4D model to achieve the goal of controlling and managing the project cost.The results show that the engineering refinement management based on BIM technology is applied to specific examples,from 5D model to related information extraction,optimizing complex and abstract management,and achieving refined management of engineering.It has certain reference value for the improvement of project management methods.The results show that the engineering refinement management based on BIM technology is applied to specific examples,from 5D model to related information extraction,optimizing complex and abstract management,and achieving refined management of engineering.It has certain reference value for the improvement of project management methods.
