In recent years,wind power in China has developed rapidly,and both the distributed and centralized wind power energy have been expanded in scale.However,wind power is still facing the problem of intermittence,randomness,and instability,which restricts the further development of it to some degree.Coordination and optimization of wind power generation and solving energy abandonment issues have become the focus of attention from all walks of life.As an important branch of energy industry,energy storage can effectively reduce the fluctuation of wind power generation,improve stability and utilization ratio,thereby enhancing the value-added effect of wind power-energy storage value chain.This paper studies the problem from the perspective of value chain and synergy,so as to promote the coordinated and healthy development of wind power-energy storage value chain by optimizing the selection of generation node and energy storage node and implementing the benefit distribution strategy.The detailed research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper combs the traditional wind power value chain which are based on Porter's value chain and guided by modularization,analyses the existing problems and the innovative dimension of it,and analyses the node and benefit distribution strategy of wind power-energy storage value chain.Secondly,referring to the theory of resources and tasks matching in value chain collaboration,this paper constructs an optimization model for stakeholder selection of the generation node in wind power-energy storage value chain based on fuzzy TOPSIS method,and validates the effectiveness of the proposed model by taking a construction and operation wind farm as an example.Thirdly,the principle and necessity of optimizing and selecting different energy storage forms of energy storage nodes in wind power-energy storage value chain is discussed,and a multi-agent particle swarm optimization algorithm(MAPSO)for optimizing and selecting different energy storage types is constructed.And then the feasibility and validity of the model are verified by an example.Finally,this paper analyses the main factors affecting the benefit distribution of wind power-energy storage value chain,improves the traditional Shapley value method,studies the influence of different factors on the benefit distribution results.Node optimal selection and benefit allocation are the key links in the process of building wind power-energy storage value chain.The research in this paper provides a useful idea for the coordinated development of wind power-energy storage value chain.
