Research On The Interest Relation Of Subjects Im Power Supply Chain Under The New Electric Power System Reform

Electric power industry is a basic energy industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood.It plays a very important role in the economic development and social progress of our country.Like other physical commodities,the whole process of electricity production,transmission and consumption also forms a relatively complete power supply chain,and there exists the flow of economic benefits in this process.As the main body of power supply chain,power generation enterprises,power grid enterprises and power users in each link of the power supply chain are united and game with upstream and downstream to achieve the dynamic balance of interests.However,with the deepening of the reform of the power system,from "power plants separated from electric network,competing electric price"to "separation of transmission and distribution,self-sustaining profits and losses",and then to"control the middle,open both ends",the interest pattern of the entire power market has undergone tremendous changes,and the allocation efficiency of market resources and the affordability of the main body have been affected to a certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the changes of the interests of the main bodies of the power supply chain under the background of the new electricity reform,and to study the dynamic relationship between the interests of the main bodies.It is of great significance to enhance the core competitiveness of the main bodies,maintain the stability of the power supply chain and ensure the orderly advancement of the power system reform.Secondly,this paper elaborates the basic theory of power supply chain and power system reform,analyses the new changes and new situation of power market under the new power reform,and lays a theoretical foundation for the next analysis.Then,it uses comparative analysis method to analyze the interests of power generation enterprises,power grid enterprises and power selling companies from the aspects of enterprise positioning,business model and income analysis.Thirdly,taking the fluctuation of electricity price as the breakthrough point,the system dynamics model of the main interest relationship of power supply chain under fluctuation of electricity price in a park is constructed,and the circulation loops are analyzed to quantify the main interest relationship of power supply chain.Then,the system dynamics model is empirically analyzed,and the model is tested and predicted by using historical data,and analysis of the Interest Change of the Main Body of Power Supply Chain.Finally,from the point of view of management,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the development of the interests of the main bodies of the power supply chain under the new electricity reform.To sum up,this paper quantifies the dynamic interest relationship among the main bodies of the power supply chain under the new electricity reform by constructing the system dynamics model,and simulates and predicts the changing trend of the interests of the main bodies in the future,and puts forward suggestions on the development direction of the three main bodies under the background of the new electricity reform,which will help the power enterprises to actively conform to the development trend of the power market,promote the core competitiveness and grasp the reform dividend.
