The maintenance development of China's automobile industry is relatively late,and the maintenance mechanism of the gearbox is not perfect.Many companies use manual oil change,which has the problem of incomplete oil change.Impurities in the gearbox are not cleaned,will increase gear wear,increase fuel consumption,reduce vehicle life,and cause waste of resources.Some companies use oil change equipment,but there are some problems such as nonstandard technology,complicated operation,low oil change precision,and need to operate many times,resulting in waste of labor and site resources.Therefore,this thesis improves the oil change efficiency,and designs a oil exchange equipment.According to market research,this thesis understands the existing problems of the existing equipment and designs the scheme according to the needs of the enterprise.According to the function of the system control system,the selection of components is determined.STM32 is taken as the core controller of the system,with the A / D module,memory module,interface circuit and other peripheral circuits,the design of the circuit diagram is completed.In the software,through analyzing the function of the oil exchange system,formulate functional processes and design a friendly man-machine interface.The touch configuration is realized through the Diwen debugging assistant,complete the function selection and interface jump button.Through tests,the equipment with fuzzy rules are formulated.The DC motor is driven by pulse width modulation technology,and the rotation speed of the motor pump is changed by changing the PWM duty ratio,so that the oil inlet and outlet rates are similar,the error is reduced.The improved control scheme shortens the oil change time and improves the oil change efficiency.Finally,the system was tested on site.The test results show that the system works normally,meets the design requirements,has good reliability and real-time performance.It has been put into practical use.
