Design And Implement Of Bilge Water Treatment System Based On PLC

With the rapid development of electronics information technology and extensive application of computer technology,computer simulation technology was increasingly used in all areas of social production and life.Engine Room Simulator is the typical application of the computer simulation techniques used in the fields of navigation.The bilge water treatment system is an important part of the ship pollution prevention system.Whether it works stably and reliably or not directly affects the safety of the ship,the benefit of ship transportation and the surrounding marine environment.So graping the control and operation of bilge water treatment system expertly is very important.In this paper,a bilge treatment simulation system with PLC technology and simulation software was developed.Firstly,this paper summarized the composition of the bilge water treatment system and the automatic control working process,and put forward the overall design framework of the syetem.Then it designed the PLC control system of the bilge water treatment system.Firstly,it analysised the functions of the control system,then achieved the hardware design and software design of the control system,including the hardware selection of PLC and touch screen,and the development of control program.Then this paper build the mathematic model of the bilge water treatment system.Mathematic model is the key of the simulation.The mathematic model of the bilge water treatment system includes bilge pump model,bilge well model,bilge tank model,piping and valves model,the bilge separator model and the oil concentration meter model.This paper carried out a detailed description of the modeling method and principle of the bilge water treatment system mathematic model.Then it developed two-dimensional simulation software of the bilge water treatment system taking full advantage of the WPF image processing technology and C#in.NET development environment,it achieved some simulation functions,including the system operation,alarm display and failure setting.Finally,through the establishment of the OPC server and the development of the communication program,this paper realized the real-time communication between the simulation software of PC and PLC,and realized the communication between PLC and touch screen by MPI.The research results showed that the simulation system is running in line with the actual operation condition of the bilge water treatment system onboard.The simulation system has friendly interfaces and strong operability.The PLC control system of the simulation system works stably and reliably.Meanwhile,it has a certain reference value for further research and development of bilge water treatment system.
