Research On Construction Quality Control Of Building Engineering Under EPC Model

EPC mode is a major project contracting mode in the international engineering market.In recent years,it has gradually entered the domestic market.With the promotion of EPC mode,more and more construction enterprises begin to use this mode.Under the background of EPC mode,construction enterprises are constantly updating their own contracting mode.In addition,whether in project bidding or construction,construction enterprises are constantly improving their own advantages to adapt to the development of the market.At the same time,they are more systematic in project management,and the overall control ability in construction is gradually strengthened.Therefore,the competition among construction enterprises will become increasingly fierce.For construction enterprises,how to improve the quality control level of construction under EPC mode under the current competitive situation and create a safe,civilized and green construction environment are the key and difficult points facing construction enterprises.Only by improving and improving the existing construction quality control methods step by step,can they meet the requirements of development under the new situation.This research takes the construction quality control of construction engineering under EPC mode as the research object.On the basis of the existing research results,through the analysis and research of the construction quality control of specific construction projects,the evaluation index system and analysis model suitable for the construction quality control of construction engineering under EPC mode are constructed,and a set of standardized construction quality control countermeasures under EPC mode are put forward.It is hoped that this paper can provide some basis for the construction quality control under the EPC mode in the future.In this paper,literature review method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to study construction quality control under EPC mode.The systematic analysis method of construction quality control research under EPC mode begins with the construction quality control system,and finally realizes the construction quality control research under EPC mode.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Through a large number of literature studies,this paper comprehensively reviews the EPC management theory and construction quality control theory,as well as the influencing factors of construction quality control and the existing research results of upgrading ways,and statistics the relevant information of construction quality control under EPC mode.(2)The influencing factors of construction quality control under EPC mode are analyzed.The main influencing factors of construction quality control in three stages of construction preparation,implementation and completion are discussed,and the evaluation index system of construction quality control is constructed.(3)Taking the construction quality control of Chengdu Qinghe Garden project as an example,this paper establishes an evaluation and analysis model by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to model the influencing factors of construction quality control.(4)According to the analysis results of construction quality control under EPC mode,the countermeasures to improve construction quality control under EPC mode are put forward.In a word,this paper studies the construction quality control under EPC mode.The results of this study provide innovative ideas and ways to improve the construction quality control under EPC mode.
