Landscape Evaluation And Optimization Of Old-age Of Shenyang Community Park Based On Affordance Theory

As urban community parks are closely related to the behaviors of the elderly,the cognitive level of the elderly is gradually increasing.At present,there is an urgent need for comprehensive evaluation of the existing space for the elderly.This paper introduces the affordance theory proposed by Gibson.Although it has less practice in the field of landscape architecture design,it has made breakthroughs in the field of engineering design.The author believes that the relationship between the affordance theory and the landscape architecture discipline is clarified,and the conceptual framework for the evaluation and optimization of the old-age landscape of community parks is established,and the new evaluation system is used to study the space activities of the community parks.Provide new research methods for the optimal design of the old landscape of community parks.Based on the research of a large number of literatures,this paper conducts a field survey of the community parks in Shenyang from the perspective of affordance theory,and selects the survey data of four community parks for qualitative and quantitative analysis to fully Understand the connotation of the theory of affordance,and demonstrate the adaptation of the theory of supply and the theory of landscape architecture.Firstly,through the analysis of the concept of affordance and the connotation of landscape architecture,the feasibility of combining the two is discussed.The affordance of elements based on the theory of landscape architecture is used to classify the functional,sensory,cognitive and society.The level is combined with the three types of performance:positive affordance,potential affordance,and negative affordance.After learning from the improved structural matrix improved by Song Tianming scholars,it is determined that the environmental affordance of the elderly activity space is close.The eight elements of the relationship,the affordance matrix and evaluation matrix of the urban community park’s old-age activity space are established,and applied to the research and evaluation of the old-age landscape;the matrix analysis of the application is used to evaluate the community park’s old-age activity space.According to the affordance performance,the affordance of the space environment of the elderly in the four community parks is analyzed and summarized,so as to further study the proportion of the influence factors of different environmental elements in the activity space of the elderly in the activity space of the elderly.At the same time,organize and summarize the typical affordance behavior data of the elderly in the community park,and establish a spatial entity.The mutual matrix lays the foundation for the later optimization design research.At the end of the article,the optimization design strategy is proposed based on the Nanta Park,Dadong Park and Xinle Park in Shenyang,and the Changqing Park is used as an example to verify and apply.The research results of the affordance theory are applied to optimize the design and guiding practice of the current urban community park’s old-age landscape,and optimize the existing design methods in a more systematic way to achieve the improvement and optimization of existing problems.
