With the increasing severity of urban air pollution,the pace of development of new energy vehicles in China is accelerating.Electric bus has the characteristics of large traffic volume,fixed route,regular vehicle and fixed parking lot.It can well adapt to the shortcomings of electric vehicle such as short range and long charging time.Under the promotion of national policy,electric bus has become the priority model of electric vehicle in China market.Electric bus has been widely welcomed for its smooth driving process,low noise,zero emission and other advantages,and its proportion in the urban bus fleet has gradually increased.Under the background of urban bus electrification,the planning of electric bus infrastructure is the basis for the popularization of electric bus market.Therefore,on the basis of in-depth understanding of the characteristics of electric bus,this paper studies the electric bus line and charging infrastructure and charging strategy.In order to realize the rational allocation of bus stations,charging stations,fleets,departure frequencies and charging strategies of electric bus lines,considering the interaction between charging stations and bus lines,taking the charging waiting time and capacity as constraints,the number and spacing of stations,the setting of charging stations,the number of charging piles,fares,fleet and departure frequencies as decision variables,the social welfare maximization model of the electric bus line system is established.On this basis,considering the configuration of charging station at one or both ends of bus line and two charging strategies,electric bus low power strategy and make-full-use of idle charging piles strategy,the four combinatorial cases are discussed to analyze the adaptability of charging stations and charging strategies for electric bus lines.On the basis of Lagrange's extremum method,this paper designs a social welfare maximization programming model solution algorithm for electric bus line system,and compares the algorithm with genetic algorithm.The model and algorithms are validated by taking the electric bus line 931 in Suzhou as an example.
