| The current urbanization level in China has reached 59.58%,but there are still a large number of small towns which mainly depend on agriculture in the southwest of China.Their development process is slow and the industrial structure is single,so they are far from being integrated into the background of the urban development era in China.Agricultural development is an important part of the whole national economic development strategy.Agricultural transformation and upgrading is not only an important means to realize agricultural modernization in our country, but also an important way to improve the benefit of agricultural industry. With the rapid development of urbanization, the integration of three agricultural industries has become the main trend of agricultural development.Village and town space acts as the space carrier of agricultural production and life, but there are many problems in the planning, construction, management and other aspects of village and town space in the process of agricultural transformation and upgrading.Among them, there exist lots of problems, such as backward industrial development, imperfect infrastructure and so on,in the process of the development of small towns in mountainous areas, due to the constraints of many factors, such as topography, geographical location, ecological environment sensitivity and so forth. If only the material space planning of small towns is considered,it can change the backward environmental space, but it can not promote the long-term development of small towns and fundamentally solve its development problems. Therefore, small town planning needs industry first.Considering the transformation of the industry,it will certainly involve the change of space. In order to provide sustainable impetus for the development of small towns in mountainous areas, scientific space construction can be carried out only by seeking suitable industrial development directions for small towns in mountainous areas. Therefore, the rational planning and construction of the material space in small towns needs to be adjusted in combination with the industrial direction, thus the material and spatial basis for the transformation and upgrading of agriculture is provided.Taking the planning strategy of small mountainous towns under the background of agricultural transformation as the research content this paper analyzes the present situation of the industry, space, facility and ecological construction of the mountainous towns in Guizhou. The construction problems in the process of agricultural industry transformation are summarized. From the aspects of agricultural development direction, overall spatial layout, local space optimization, landscape environment shaping and architectural space renewal, the development strategies of the combination of space, landscape, architecture and agricultural transformation and development in small mountainous towns are discussed. The discussion includes choosing the direction of agricultural industry transformation development combining superior resources, adjusting the spatial distribution of small towns to meet the needs of agricultural transformation development, and ensuring the ecological security of mountainous regions while transforming and developing industries. The focus of the study is the coordinated development between the construction of small towns in mountainous areas and the transformation of agricultural industry.Taking the practice of planning and construction of Jianglong Town in Anshun City as an example, the feasibility of planning strategy is demonstrated. The research in this paper can provide guidance for the industrial transformation and construction of small under-developed towns in Guizhou Province, and at the same time reference for the transformation and development of small towns in mountainous areas of southwest China is provided. |
