The H5 product is a display media with mobile terminal as the carrier,which integrates visual,audio,animation effects and other ways to convey information.Emotion is an inevitable and indivisible part of life.Exploring the relationship between emotional design and H5 design can improve the work efficiency and flow conversion rate of products by properly utilizing the impetus of emotional elements at all stages of H5 design process.This paper summarizes the communicative,interactive,timeliness and social attributes of H5 products through cross-study and experience summary,and concludes that in the feedback level of personal emotion and self-image,H5 promotes communication with social culture as its driving force.Based on its attributes and characteristics,according to the general design process of H5 and the three-level theory of emotional design,this paper innovatively puts forward three emotional levels of H5 design:sensory level,experience level and emotional level,which are respectively connected with three levels of emotional design instinct level,behavior level and reflection level,and explores the methodology of emotional design in H5 design.Finally,the sensory level of H5 design focuses on visual,auditory and tactile visual stimulation and sensory synaesthesia;the experience level focuses on bringing good user experience to audiences through reasonable interaction design,and enhancing the two-way interaction between information and audiences;the emotional level focuses on coordinating emotional tone and values,planning emotional resonance to achieve spiritual feedback,causing audiences to react.Thinking.Finally,the possibility of H5 design in the future is explored from the aspects of content and technology.The three levels interact with each other and focus on the design work,which can improve the quality and efficiency of H5 products and satisfy the emotional experience of the audience to the greatest extent.
