Reconstruction And Utilization Of Traditional Villages In Central Jiangxi Province

As an important carrier of history and culture,traditional dwellings play an important role in the traditional culture of the Chinese nation.The author has collected a large number of documents and drawings,and carefully studied the works of experts and scholars.The research finds that experts and scholars have a complete discussion on the characteristics of traditional dwellings in different periods and regions,and there are many excellent reconstruction cases and analysis.The author has learned rich nutrition and valuable knowledge from it.Traditional dwellings in villages in central Jiangxi Province are typical architectural forms in Jiangxi area,which have distinct characteristics and high historical and cultural value.When investigating the traditional dwellings in villages of central Jiangxi,the author finds that the development of traditional dwellings in central Jiangxi is relatively lagging behind,the cases of transformation are very rare,and the development and utilization of dwellings are not large-scale.The author starts with the research on the transformation of traditional houses in central Jiangxi,and explores the value of the transformation and utilization of traditional houses in central Jiangxi by taking the transformation of mature Wuyuan Hui-style houses as a reference object.The article is divided into six parts:Chapter 1 clarifies the research background,significance,the orientation of the research object and the limitation of the concept scope.The main research methods of this paper.Chapter 2 elaborates on the causes and historical changes of the formation of traditional dwellings,and from the aspects of architectural layout,architectural structure and construction.In terms of building materials and architectural decoration,this paper analyses the characteristics of traditional dwellings in central Jiangxi,which is the premise of the study on the methods of dwelling renovation.The 3 and 4 chapters elaborate on the methods of technical and functional transformation.The transformation and utilization of traditional dwellings in central Jiangxi lag behind,and few typical cases of transformation are found.Therefore,in terms of transformation methods,we draw lessons from similar and mature Wuyuantraditional residential reconstruction,and form our own transformation concept.Chapter 3 combines the experience of the predecessors,from the value classification,space transformation,wood frame transformation,technology.In the aspects of transformation,component transformation,architectural decoration and courtyard transformation,this paper analyses the transformation ideas and methods of traditional residential buildings in central Jiangxi Province.Chapter 4 divides the functional transformation of traditional houses in villages of central Jiangxi into commercial and cultural transformation.Don't elaborate on the specific functional transformation methods of residential quarters,restaurants,bars,museums and Book bars,and comprehensively discuss the ideas and techniques in the transformation through the analysis of excellent transformation cases.In the 5 chapter,the modification methods summarized in the previous paper are applied to the design scheme of actual and simulated modification cases to verify the conclusions in this paper.Chapter 6 summarizes the previous chapters,and discusses and prospects the shortcomings.Through the analysis and Research on the transformation and utilization of traditional dwellings in villages of central Jiangxi,the author takes them from the historical and humanistic perspectives.Explore the characteristics of modern architecture and the integration of traditional residential reconstruction,to give new vitality to traditional residential,to play a greater social value to do a bit of exploration and attempt.
