| Aiming at the problems of complex workshop management, inappropriate assembly planning, high assembly error rate, unclear control of R&D progress and backward note-taking mode in heavy truck enterprises, this paper designs and implements an efficient MES(Manufacturing Execution System)which is suitable for heavy truck enterprises. It realizes the information management of production research and development in enterprise workshop, and provides scientific and advanced management mode for enterprise workshop. In this paper, based on the actual situation of discrete manufacturing enterprises in China, according to the actual investigation of an engine workshop, combined with their own new ideas on engine research and development, the functions of workshop personnel management, assembly planning, assembly time conflict detection,R&D progress monitoring, assembly management, manufacturing data acquisition, quality data analysis, disassembly process management and inventory management are designed and implemented.Handheld terminals communicate with servers through wireless network transmission. This interactive mode realizes the accurate comparison between assembly BOM(Bill of Material)and actual assembly parts information in MES system, which greatly reduces the error rate of engine assembly. The MES system can track and record the files of the whole life cycle of the engine, and query the status and data records of the engine at any time.It promotes the enterprise Engine Research Institute to manage the engine research and development scientifically and effectively.Through the implementation of MES system in Engine Research Institute of an automobile enterprise in Ma’anshan, the functions of paperless office, assembly planning,R&D progress monitoring, parts assembly error prevention, quality data graphic analysis and inventory management are effectively realized in the workshop, and the management level of the workshop is improved. It has a positive impact on the transformation, upgrading and future development of engine research and development in automotive enterprises. |
