Water conservancy is the lifeblood of agriculture and all walks of life.Ecological civilization has become the symbol of modern society.With the development of national economy,a large number of infrastructure projects have been started,and the demand for building materials has increased.Sand as important building material,its demand is very big,the past few years for sandstone private dig to combat phenomenon is very serious,especially the over exploitation of river sand,serious damage to the river ecosystem,one is the destruction of the river,the river and water conservancy facilities,2 it is to affect the river flood,navigation ability,as a result,the water pollution,serious damage to the water environment and aquatic life,flood comes a serious threat to people’s life and property.Such problems have been repeatedly reported in the news,so the mining of river sand should meet the requirements of water conservancy and environmental protection departments.According to the concept of ecological and sustainable development,a set of sand mining supervision platform can well solve the current problems.Wisdom river channel sand mining regulatory platform mainly USES the technology of GPS positioning technology,the electronic fence,RFID tag and RFID read-write device technology,GPRS wireless transmission technology,DC video camera technology,etc.,for mining ships,vehicles loaded with sand,sand mining site for real-time positioning,determine the mining ship,car loaded with sand trajectories,electronic fence technology is adopted to define the mining area of work and scope,sand mining ship dynamic monitoring to ensure not crossing the line,at the same time can also through the LED screen real-time monitoring,real-time alarm for violations or cross-border mining ships hints and controls,improve the efficiency of the regulation of river sand mining,Ensure the production ofenvironmental protection,sustainable and river protection.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of sand and stone mining,the original supervision means and problems of river sand mining.Then according to the requirements of the design and development of the intelligent sand mining monitoring platform,at the same time,the program and the use of the object,the problems and solutions are analyzed and studied;Secondly,the overall framework of the platform is discussed.The platform is divided into five modules,namely: control center,real-time monitoring of sand dredge,real-time monitoring of sand transport vehicle,information service system and river sand marketing management system.The corresponding technical analysis of key modules is carried out,and the GPS positioning system,RFID tags and readers,and electronic fence system are studied in detail.The application of the intelligent river sand monitoring platform in Xixian,Henan province,and the interface of each module of the system are introduced.At last,the research of this paper is summarized and prospected.Through the use of the supervision platform,effectively improve Henan province Xixian sand mining regulation level,the platform enables management to the mining production process to implement real time supervision,summary and analysis of relevant data at the same time,reasonable arrangement of mining work,effectively improve the ecological and environmental system and improve the efficiency of the river channel sand mining management.
