The transmission assembly line is an important link in the transmission production.Because of the transmission assembly line development enterprises lack the logistics simulation and optimization process,the develop of the assembly line is low efficiency and long cycle,and the assembly lines are lack of flexibility.As simulation technology continues to mature,it provides an effective tool for solving discrete event systems such as assembly lines.Based on the professional discrete event simulation platform Tecnomatix,this paper takes the transmission automation assembly line developed by a company as the research object,carries out the systematic logistics simulation research for it,puts forward the effective optimization scheme,and improves its overall performance.Firstly,the assembly sequence and process flow of the transmission are clarified,by analyzing its layout type,the possible design defects of the assembly line are briefly described.Secondly,this paper uses the combination of mathematical model,genetic algorithm and computer simulation to optimize the assembly line logistics system.Then establish three kinds of mathematical models of assembly line balancing problem.On the basis of the second kind of balancing problem and combining with the requirements of assembly line design,calculate the cycle time.Thirdly,establish the simulation model of assembly line by using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation,detect the bottleneck,analysis the causes and put forward optimization scheme.Finally,design the genetic algorithm for buffer capacity and allocation,use the software caculate the genetic algorithm and obtain the final optimization scheme,and verify the feasibility of the scheme by simulation model.This paper comes from the enterprise's project,and this research can improve the overall performance of the assembly line,which has a certain practical reference value.
