Compensation management,it is not only an important part of human resource management,and it is the key to stimulate the ability of human capital measures,and which play s a major role to attract talent,retain talent and make full use of personnel.Compensation for employees,which means that their life safeguard,the source of material base,a good compensation management system can motivate employees behave more entrepreneurial spirit,and on the level of talent to promote the rapid development of the enterprise.For an enterprise,remuneration represents the reputation of the enterprise and the value of its labor force.All superior and practical salary systems promote the enterprise's attraction to talents.Good salary management can directly promote enterprises to have more and more superior talents,thus indirectly transforming the value of talents into tangible economic benefits of enterprises.Thus,a good compensation management system for enterprise can not only play the role of enterprise talents,but also for the long-term development of enterprise acts as a catalyst,to be more larger,stronger and optimize.In this paper to solve the compensation management system of performance management effect is not obvious problems as the starting point,at the same time in order to solve the HAITONG FERRY company the insufficiency of the original compensation management system,with HAITONG FERRY company middle managers as the research object,explore HAITONG FERRY company middle managers dynamic optimization of broadband pay system.In this paper,the design ideas and methods of the broadband salary management system are reviewed,and the theory of broadband compensation management and performance management are discussed.Then the object in this paper,we study the HAITONG FERRY company's present situation,the company existing static broadband salary management system of investigation and analysis,and adopt the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and post evaluation to the company the applicability of the broadband pay system dynamic analysis and building research.Finally,in combination with the practical situation of the company to evaluate dynamic broadband pay system in the implementation and feasibility analysis,and ensure the smooth implementation of pay system related measures are put forward,which ensure dynamic broadband salary theory to practice.Through the study of this paper can help the company improve the existing compensation system performance management effect which is not obvious,and that employee compensation promotion channel is narrow,light power,realize the salary adjustment of flexibility,and built the compensation of harmonious culture for the company.And it has a practical significance to the development of HAITONG FERRY company,and be similar with HAITONG FERRY company state-owned shipping enterprises pay management system diagnosis and dynamic process optimization and implement company broadband pay system have certain reference significance.
