With the rapid development of society and economy,peopled demand for automobiles has become higher and higher.As a means of transportation,automobiles play an important role in people's lives.Electronic control technology is also booming in people's demand for intelligence and automation,and the influence of electronic control system on the performance of automobiles is growing higher and higher.Clutch plays an important role in automobile power transmission.The working state of clutch affects the ride comfort and comfort of automobile.Thus,only developing a reasonable clutch engagement strategy can ensure the safety and stable operation of vehicles.The working principle of AMT transmission is based on MT(mechanical transmission),which operates part of the driver's work through the computer system to realize the task of clutch separation,joint and shift,so as to reduce driver fatigue and ultimately improve safety and comfort.In this paper,by controlling the speed of clutch engagement,the selected evaluation index is the impact degree and sliding work,so that it meets certain conditions to improve the comfort.Firstly,the structure and load characteristics of diaphragm spring are analyzed in detail,and then the torque transfer in clutch operation is studied.The engagement process of clutch starting operation is deeply analyzed and the control characteristics and key points of each stage are obtained.The main factors affecting the starting engagement of AMT clutch are analyzed and the parameters are selected.The principle of fuzzy theory 1s expounded and the process of designing a fuzzy controller to acquire driving intention is described in detail.Detailed analysis of the engine,clutch,vehicle driving resistance and the driving motor iin the starting operation principle,and use its corresponding functional relationship in MATLAB/simulink to build the corresponding model.PID control is used to strengthen the clutch starting control in off-line simulation,the starting intention of low,medium and high speeds is simulated respectively,the simulation results show that the corresponding impact degree and sliding work can adapt to different starting performance.
