Research On Crime Prevention Of Old Residential Space Of The Cities In Cold Region

With the changes of the times,the development and progress of Chinese cities since the reform and opening up has been rapid.Chinese cities have already caught up with the pace of the world and gradually found their own position in the development,with the city characteristics and city symbols of Tut.With the increase of the urban population,while giving people an increasing sense of well-being,the problems of developing cities are also emerging.This is an inevitable phenomenon of development and a challenge that we must experience in our development.For example,crimes have emerged frequently in Chinese cities and have shown a trend of continuous growth.More and more people are also concerned about the security of urban residential space.In people’s daily life,residential space as the basic carrier of residents’ life is the basic guarantee for the personal safety of residents,which has attracted people’s attention.However,in the special climate region of the cold city,its unique climatic characteristics will affect the residents’ living habits and produce many different characteristics from the warm areas in crime prevention.Therefore,it is necessary to study the crime prevention of residential space from the perspective of cold city.This paper mainly takes Harbin,a cold city in China,as an example to explore the relationship between urban settlement space and crime prevention in cold regions.It is comprehensively studied through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to try to propose a cold city.From the quantitative point of view,this paper mainly uses the space syntax and case analysis method to analyze the six old residential areas in Harbin.The qualitative perspective mainly uses the methods of literature collection and summary induction to summarize the existing theories and methods.Summarizing and selecting the theory and method that is suitable for this article.The first chapter first explains the research background of the subject and related research contents at home and abroad,and then further clarifies the methods used in the research and the basic framework information of the research.The second chapter defines the related concepts involved in the topic and explains the research objects.The third chapter introduces the basic status quo of space crime prevention in urban settlements in cold regions and analyzes the factors affecting the prevention of space crimes in urban settlements in cold regions.On the basis of the first three chapters,the fourth chapter uses the relevant theories and software of space syntax to carry out specific axis analysis on the community with criminal facts,sort out the data and discuss the data briefly.The fifth chapter summarizes and analyzes the previous research,and attempts to propose a space crime prevention design strategy for residential areas in cold regions.Through the analysis and discussion of this paper,in the final,Harbin is taken as an example.From the perspective of spatial syntax,the perspective of the architectural design of the cold city and the design of the space environment,it is proposed for the prevention of space crime in the old residential areas of the cold city.A viable design strategy to provide strong support for building safe residential spaces.This is also an ongoing study and hopes to provide some useful experience in the study of space crime prevention in urban settlements in the cold.
