In recent years,fire accidents caused by the use of organic thermal insulation materials as external thermal insulation have occurred frequently,causing serious casualties and property losses,Therefore,the state has gradually restricted the use of flammable insulation materials in the field of building insulation.In the construction insulation materials in China,the application of EPS particulate material insulation system has always occupied a dominant position.However,EPS particles are flammable,and ordinary EPS insulation boards are subject to deformation,burning and droplets when subjected to fire.The thermal insulation board studied in this test is a thermosetting type and high flame retardant EPS composite thermal insulation board.Its thermal conductivity,compressive strength and tensile strength are superior to ordinary EPS boards,and it does not melt when exposed to fire.No dripping,no deformation.In this experiment,EPS granules,cement,etc.and various admixtures were selected for the preparation of thermal insulation materials.First,the binder: cement: water was surface treated at a ratio of 1:0.5:16:16,and Compared with the untreated surface of the EPS particles,the surface-treated thermosetting EPS composite thermal insulation board increased the compressive strength and tensile strength by 21.7% and 12.5%,respectively.It shows that the surface of the EPS particles is modified to be more firmly bonded to the cement paste.The composite of EPS,ordinary Portland cement,grade II fly ash,polypropylene fiber,redispersible polymer powder,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether(HCMC)and other materials for the effect of thermosetting EPS composites insulation board performance,were studied by single factor influences the experiment,A polystyrene particles(EPS particles),B water-cement ratio,CII grade fly ash and D dispersible polymer powder were selected as the horizontal factors of orthogonal test.The orthogonal test was used to study the thermodynamic EPS composite of each factor.The effects of three indexes of compressive strength,thermal conductivity and apparent density of the thermal insulation board were obtained.The three groups of thermosetting EPS composite thermal insulation panels were initially selected as the optimal horizontal combination: A1B1C3D3,A2B1C2D2,A2B2C1D3.According to the relationship trend graph,the three optimal level combinations are compared and analyzed,and the final optimal ratio combination is A1B1C2D3,that is,the EPS particle content is 9%;the water-cement ratio is 0.75;the fly ash content is 25 %;the amount of redispersible latex powder is 5%.The optimum blending ratio of thermosetting EPS composite thermal insulation board is: 9% of EPS particles,35% of ordinary Portland cement,25% of fly ash,and dispersible latex powder.The amount is 5%,the polypropylene(PP)fiber content is 0.3%,the HCMC content is 1%,and the magnesium hydroxide content is 3%.Finally,the performance test of the thermosetting EPS composite thermal insulation board was carried out.The performance index of the thermal insulation board was measured as: dry apparent density of 237kg/m3,thermal conductivity of 0.059W/(m·K),compressive strength of 1.69 MPa,and resistance.The tensile strength was 0.85 MPa,the water absorption was 338 g/m 2,the degree before the tensile bonding was 0.23 MPa,and the softening coefficient is 0.6.
