Research On The Competition Of Safe And Civilized Construction Fees

The construction industry is one of the important industries of Chinese national economy.The soundness of its cost system is directly related to the healthy and stable development of the construction industry.Ensuring the safe production of building products is the basis for maintaining its efficient operation.Accurate safety and civilized construction measures are an important guarantee for building safety production.In recent years,many scholars have made constant calls for reforms in the calculation of Chinese safe and civilized construction fees.Accurate,scientific,reasonable and safe civilized construction fee collection and allocation plays a vital role for the government,the owner or the construction party.How to explore a safe and civilized construction fee reform road that is suitable for Chinese national conditions.In the process of reform,it can not only properly and effectively control the project cost and industry market,but also adapt to the needs of the times and the economy.A major issue that people face together.Based on a large number of relevant literatures,this paper attempts to explore r this regulation is reasonable.Firstly,it sorts out the relevant laws,regulations,standards and normative documents for safe and civilized construction fees,understands the current status and requirements of safe and civilized construction fees,and explores the problems existing in the current management process by analyzing the process of cost generation and development.Next,it analyzes in depth the disadvantages of safe and civilized construction fees as uncompetitive expenses and the rationality of transforming safe and civilized construction fees into competitive costs.From the theoretical and practical aspects,it is necessary to translate the safe and civilized construction fees into the path of competitive fees.Through the foregoing and case analysis,it is concluded that the conversion of safe and civilized construction costs into competitive costs is more in line with the current market development,and its transformation idea is feasible.Finally,based on the problems existing in the management of safety and civilized construction costs,the author puts forward suggestions for improvement from the aspects of supervision,calculation,and integration of unit price.It is hoped that the research results can exert certain theoretical and application guidance values and be valued for construction projects in China.Reform and optimization provide some theoretical and practical guiding significance.
