Survey And Evaluation Research Of Settlement Landscape Of Civilized Ecological Village In Hainan

With the development of new rural construction and Hainan International tourism construction. How to protect the uniqueness and integrity of the landscape of Hainan rural settlements, how to inherit and carry forward the cultural heritage of the Hainan villages endemic, how to tap the value of the rural settlements in Hainan Tourism and how to build cost-effective, good environment and civilized ecological village are the most important directions research currently. This essay assess the level of the development of the construction of civilized ecological village by establishing the evaluating system of the landscape in rural settlements and the assessment information system. And this essay reveals the exist problems of landscape construction of the civilized ecological village, and then provide the planning proposal for civilized ecological village settlements to provide the evaluation criteria and theoretical guidance for the future landscape design of Hainan civilized ecological village.The main contents of this essay are as follows:The first stage:firstly, this paper discusses the background and the purposes and the meaning of the thesis. Then this paper explain the concepts that are related to this essay. And the next, reviews the research status in our country and abroad. At last give a brief introduction of the research methods, innovative points and the routes.The second stage:divide the civilized ecological villages into three different categories considering about history and culture, tourist resources and regional economy, eco-tourism villages, folk culture villages and agricultural villages, by studying and summarizing the relevant paper and research. And take five villages as the samples:Nanqiang Village in Boao Town, Qionghai(eco-tourism villages), Wanxin Village in Heqing Town,Danzhou(agricultural villages), Binglang Village in Fenghuang Town, Sanya(folk culture villages), Meishe Village in Shishan Town, Meilan District, Haikou(folk culture villages), Xinpo Village in Wanling Town,Qiongzhong(agricultural villages).The third stage:referring to Xiehualin and Zhaoyong as reference, and the analysis of the field survey, establish the assess system of the settlement landscape of the civilized ecological villages with delph. Construct the system with six aspects, which are the function, ecology, ornament, culture, social aspect, and economy of the villages. Use the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and expert scoring method to determine the judgment matrix to determine the weight of each index factor. Make certain the standard of each evaluation factors and achieve a comprehensive evaluation, in a qualitative and quantitative way, of the civilized ecological villages in Hainan by referring to the standards of the industry combined with the expert advice. With the evaluation model that constructed, we can get the landscape assessment as "General","General","Good","Good" and "Poor", which is consistent with the author field research. The level of the civilized ecological village is not high all over Hainan Island and there are many things to do to improve the quality of landscape to meet the need of the International Tourism Island of Hainan.The forth stage:analyzing the current situation and problems of the settlement landscape of Hainan civilized ecological villages, combining the relevant theory of Landscape Ecology, Plan and Design and Landscape Aesthetics, this paper give the design proposal in the following five aspects:architecture, roads, public spaces, public green spaces and public service facilities.The fifth stage:this paper draw conclusions of the themes and the shortcomings.
