In the design process of air conditioning system in public buildings,cold and heat source units are an important part,which is directly related to the initial investment,annual operating costs and carbon emissions of building projects,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to study the selection and evaluation of cold and heat source schemes.This paper selects a commercial complex building in yinchuan area as the research object,and adopts DeST-c energy consumption simulation software to build the building model,and simulates and calculates the annual hourly cooling and heat loads of the three commercial complexes,namely supermarket,department store and large business,and analyzes their load characteristics.Reference based on the principles of cold and heat source selection,cold area public buildings both heat and cold source configuration scheme,the supermarket and department store formats in the original cold heat source screw machine,on the basis of gas boiler,hot water heat supply network,screw machine + city air cooled screw heat pump units and three kinds of cold and heat source scheme of direct combustion of large commercial forms in the cold and heat source for screw centrifuge,on the basis of gas boiler,hot water heat supply network for screw centrifuge city,centrifuge + hot water heat supply network of cities and three kinds of cold and heat source scheme of direct combustion and analyzes four kind of cold and heat source scheme.At the same time,the performance of the air-cooled screw heat pump unit in low temperature environment is discussed.The energy consumption of air conditioning season and heating season of supermarket,department store and big business is calculated by load frequency method,and the initial investment,annual operating cost,life cycle cost,life cycle environmental cost and annual standard coal quantity of the four cold and hot source schemes are calculated.For the supermarket industry,the air-cooled screw heat pump has the best performance in life cycle cost and annual standard coal consumption,and the life cycle environmental cost of direct combustion unit is the lowest.In the department store industry,the life cycle cost of air-cooled screw heat pump is the lowest,the life cycle environmental cost of direct combustion unit is the lowest,and the annual standard coal consumption of air-cooled screw heat pump is the lowest.In large commercial forms,the life cycle cost of centrifuge + urban hot water heating network is the lowest,the life cycle environmental cost of direct combustion unit is the lowest,and the annual standard coal consumption of centrifuge + screw machine + urban hot water heating network is the lowest.At last,fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is adopted to set up four evaluation indexes of economy,environmental protection,energy consumption and technology,establish mathematical model,calculate membership degree,determine weight distribution,and compare calculation results.The weights of the four evaluation indexes are 0.557,0.264,0.122 and 0.057.The fuzzy evaluation results of the four cold and heat source sides of the supermarket format are 0.635,0.642,0.719 and 0.302.According to the maximum membership principle,the aircooled screw heat pump corresponding to 0.719 is the optimal cold and heat source scheme suitable for the supermarket format.The fuzzy evaluation results of the four types of cold and heat source in the department store format are 0.679,0.690,0.728 and 0.302,0.728 corresponds to the air-cooled screw heat pump is the optimal cold and heat source scheme suitable for the department store format.The fuzzy evaluation results of the four types of cold and heat sources for large commercial formats are 0.593,0.570,0.741 and 0.302,0.741 corresponds to the centrifugal chiller + urban hot water network is the optimal cold and heat source scheme suitable for large commercial formats.
