The Hanzhuang Canal and the Central Canal are located in the southwest of Shandong and in the north of Jiangsu.It is at the boundary of Su and Lu province.It is a section of the Grand Canal from Beijing to Hangzhou.It is also one of the main watercourses of the East Route of the South-North Water Diversion Project.The river has comprehensive functions of flood control,waterlogging,water diversion and shipping.To study the organization and management of the Hanzhuang Canal,the Central Canal and the Luoma Lake embankment project by the use of modern optimization theory.Through data analysis,the cost,time and resources in the network progress are optimized,the construction layout is optimized,the construction related to cultural relics protection is optimized and managed,the safety indexes at all levels are determined by the use of the system safety theory,the digital model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of site safety is established,and the safety management of construction is optimized.Solutions are put forward in view of the possible problems in every aspect of project management.Analyze the links between the various taches through scientific project management methods,to further improve the economic benefits of the project.Using the research results of project management to the construction of water conservancy projects will accumulate abundant experience for the investment and construction of large-scale dike renovation projects in the future.And also provide reference for similar large-scale dike construction projects in the future.
