| With the rapid development of manufacturing industry in recent years,the rise of labor cost and the increasingly strict regulations on environmental protection and safety,more and more enterprises begin to purchase more automatic and intelligent production lines to continuously improve the production efficiency of enterprises.With the fierce competition in market,improving the automation of enterprise production line,enterprises can not only reduce cost effectively,but also reduce the manpower.Therefore,equipment with high automatically are demanded strongly.Under demands of the market,equipment manufacturing enterprises are facing many market opportunities.How to optimize and shorten the time from design to delivery continuously with stability of product quality,it has become an important index of competitive advantage.Modern project management has been more mature in theory or practical since many years development.It has been widely used in many fields.However,in the manufacturing industry,there is still a gap compared with the manufacturing power,mainly the actual theory and time methods for application to domestic manufacturing projects and cannot form a mature and stable management system.Taking the winder project management of H company as research object,combined with modern project management theories and methods in domestic and international,the article analyzes the shorts of winder project management of H company comprehensively and deeply,it can provide reference for the project management of domestic enterprises in the field.After stating the relevant theoretical knowledge of project management,introduces development status of H company in V group and analyzes the current situation and process of winder project management of H company.Problems such as project progress management,project quality management,project cost management and project risk management lead to project progress doesn’t finish as planned and the project quality doesn’t complete as expected.Taking S winder project as a detail research example to analyze,analyzes mainly the problems existing in the project management from four aspects:project schedule management,project risk management and project quality management.Combined with the actual situation of the project,the paper gives the optimization from aspects of project management organization structure,project process control,project quality control,project cost control and project risk control.Adjust WBS work task from aspect of design to solve the cross area between mechanical and electrical;Repair the faults in the design template through the PDCA method,and improve the accuracy of the design from the source;Import APQP to control the quality of mechanical parts from the design to improve the design and manufacturing quality;Grade suppliers to improve the quality level of outsourced products;Implement the strategy of continuous quality improvement to improve the quality from manufacturing to assembly;Strengthen the review of technical plan to improve the practicability of product and reduce product risks;Import concur travel management system to standardize travel reimbursement;Standardize the process of on-site manual purchase to improve efficiency of on-site purchase temporarily.And discuss the optimization effect that can be achieved by implementing these optimization schemes. |
