Research On Urban Design Management And Control Elements And Management System Based On Characteristic Features

The rapid urbanization brought about urban development and also led to the lack of urban features.In recent years,the central government has emphasized the strengthening of urban design work,and gradually established relevant systems for urban design.It is hoped that through urban design and its management and control,the display of urban characteristics and the constraints of urban spatial order will be realized.At the same time,the academic community and the industry have also carried out a large number of urban design management research and practice exploration,and conducted in-depth research from three aspects of urban design control methods,results forms and safeguard mechanisms.In general,domestic scholars' research in the field of urban design management and control mainly focuses on the control of urban spatial order and form.There are few studies on how to highlight the characteristics of urban features.In the practice of urban design management and control,there are still problems such as unclear key content,generalization of results and chaos of management and control.Based on this,this paper focuses on the protection of urban characteristic features,takes the urban design control as the platform,and focuses on the control elements,and proposes a set of urban design control methods for the protection of characteristic features.Firstly,this paper analyzes the concept and connotation of urban design,urban design control,urban design control elements and characteristic features,defines the concept of characteristic control elements,and clarifies the basic logical relationship between characteristic control elements and current urban design control system,and summarizes the domestic and international urban design management research and practical experience.Secondly,extracting the system of characteristic features elements from the past research,and uses the expert scoring method to extract the core elements of the characteristic features that play a leading role in the characteristic features system.Then Link core elements to urban design control elements,and construct a system of characteristic features control elements.According to the attribute characteristics of the characteristics control elements,combined with the current urban design and control system in China,the management and control methods of the characteristics and control elements are proposed.Based on the analysis methods such as street view image analysis and GIS spatial analysis,the indicator path of management and control elements is proposed.Drawing on domestic and foreign research and practical experience,this paper proposes a form of urban design management and control results based on characteristic features.Finally,taking Qinzhou City as an example,constructing a city design management and control system based on characteristic features,demonstrating the control methods and indexing paths of the characteristics and control elements,and deducing the “one map” of Qinzhou urban characteristics and control,and proposing a corresponding management and control system.
