China began a comprehensive introduction of foreign high-performance production or assembly of asphalt concrete paver from the 20th century of 80, but almost full imitation or copying foreign technology truly their digestion, absorption studies was rarely, so that the current design and matching theory lack proper guidance, especially design and selection of the hydraulic system all dependence on imports, use and design of parameters is not rational. Therefore, the study of design parameters of asphalt concrete paving machine drive system, through the asphalt concrete paver important parts "traction arm" of the optimal design for the asphalt concrete paver drive system and the "traction arm" in reasonably designed to provide a theoretical basis for the use, laid a theoretical foundation for enterprises producing paver.Based on detailed analysis and comprehensive study of the state of technology at home and abroad paver, dynamics, kinematics of asphalt concrete paver of the and hydraulic drive system for walking parameters were calculated and checked in traditional theoretical method, speed characteristic equation was established, and laid the foundation for further study paver drive system of spreading machine. Meanwhile, three-dimensional geometric model of ABG8620 paver traction arm was constructed using solid modeling software solidworks2006, the stress and vibration frequencies of pulling arm of the paver was analyzed, meanwhile,three-dimensional solid modeling was made up using Ansys10.0, the relationship between steady state forced vibration, its own physical nature and external incentives was analyzed while traction arm in harmonic excitation, and paver traction arm structural parameters were optimized to achieve the traction arm to meet optimization goal of the smallest void space under the premise of satisfying the dynamic characteristics, Finally the research shows ABG8620 paver best traction arm thickness 35mm, provides a theoretical basis for design of the model paver optimal traction arm.Based on the research of ABG8620 paver performance and related technology, the design of AGB8620 paver was optimized and improved, design of AGB8620 paver realized scientific and rationalization, standardization, and the work of AGB8620 Paver performance was improved, providing support for further improving economic efficiency for enterprises, and the result of the research has some theoretical and engineering applications. |
