Study On Adjust Balance Of HXN5B Locomotive Wheeland Axle Load

As the development of economy,the railway transportation has became the main mode of transport in our country,now is gradually tend to be high-speed,heavy load.As the main power of railway transportation,the locomotive is high-speed,heavy load in order to require the quality of the dynamic performance.The main factors affecting the locomotive brake and traction performance is the balance of axle load distribution.If the wheel and axle load was deviation,the locomotive wheel will be idling or sliding,also cause high frequency torsional vibration,makes the locomotive traction and braking performance deterioration.Therefore,axle and wheel load deviation must be strictly controlled in the process of production and design.In order require the quality of axle load distribution,the locomotive manufacturers are trying to seek the process to improve locomotive wheel and axle load balance technology.Based on the design and manufacture of HXN5 B locomotive,this article is research and design the test method and the process of balance of the wheel and axle load.Based on the research of HXN5 B locomotive,the research situation of locomotive axle and load balance adjustment was reviewed in this paper;the locomotive and bogie structure,the locomotive wheel and axle load balance was introduced;By analyzing locomotive wheel and rail force,illustrated the necessity of the locomotive axle load balance;Through to analyze the locomotive axle load imbalance reasons,the control method of wheel and axle load balance was put forward;Through the stress analysis of locomotive,designed and introduced the process scheme.Finally,based on the locomotive weighing test,analyzed the test data,concluded the locomotive wheel and axle load deviation value,adjusted the balanceof wheel and axle load;at the same time analysis how to reduce the difference of wheel and axle load distribution.
