In the face of market of new energy vehicles growing demand,my company will be move the key project from the development of traditional energy vehicles gradually to the new energy vehicle development.E-driven unit,as the important core part of "3E" system,is quite different from the traditional transmission.It cannot simply transplant the traditional project management tools and approaches to the E-driven unit research and development projects directly.We need to establish the applicable and effective project management system to gain reasonable project plan and control the project process.The E-driven unit development project plan and control management is faced with the following three aspects: one is the project plan,which is one-sidedness and is not taking into account the requirements of the machine,electricity,control and verification.Second,the lack of experience in project planning.If to use the standardized project control process,the new field of new project resources assessment is not sufficient.Third,when the project plan needs to be compressed to adjust the object,the feasibility of adjusting or not becomes a decision-making problem.In the project plan,this paper focus on the E-driven unit`s development,verification,manufacturing and production stage.The structure of the project is evaluated by using the structure decomposition method.In the project progress management,use economic measures,technical measures and organizational measures to evaluate the project resources with the resources assessment method,resource sequencing method.The E-driven unit project development process requires resources for balance and deployment,especially in the case of resource conflict,project plan to adjust,the efficient use of resources to provide a basis for judging the feasibility of the project schedule control and adjustment.The research of this paper is applied to the research and development project management of the company's first E-driven unit.At present,the project has been completed and the product started mass production.This project accumulated project plan and control experience,will provides following variety of modified products as a reference.
