| The power boiler thermal insulation covers all the pipes,the equipment and the accessories,whose surface temperature is higher than 60℃,as well as pipes,equipment and accessories,which have special requirements to reduce heat loss or to prevent freezing and dew coagulation or to defer the media coagulation,etc within the supply scope of the boiler;Also,the surface exposed to fire of all the gaps of the connecting areas of all heated surfaces,the inner sides of seal boxes of openings,and all wall-penetrating pipes and tube bundles etc.shall be covered with refractory materials to avoid direct contact between all the sealing devices and the high temperature flue gas in the boiler,thus to ensure the safety operation of the boiler.Firstly,in this paper,the excellent performance of W shape flame boiler in efficiently burning low volatile inferior anthracite is expounded.Then the structure features and main systems of W shape flame boiler are introduced.Based on the drawings about seals in a particular power boiler,the systematic statement for seal theory and sealing structures of main parts of W shape flame boiler are carried on,at the same time,the paper provides a complete set of solutions about sealing for W shape flame boiler.The related theories of thermal calculation are introduced in detail.Finally,based on a actual project,according to the temperature feature of the heating surface and the performance of the insulating materials,the paper provides a reasonable solution for insulation.Based on the actual situation of the project,the systematic analysis of seals and insulation for W shape flame power boiler were carried out,and providing a reference design which has practical engineering significance. |
