The amount of data generated by the satellite electronic equipment is increasing rapidly,which is a higher requirement for the processing capability of the on-board computer.The architecture of the on-board computer system is changing to data-flow.The on-board computer is also developing towards high performance integrated electronic system,and high performance parallel processing unit will become an important part of it.Single event upset or single event latch-up induced by space radiation environment,strongly affects the operating performance and working life of the on-board computer.From the reliability point of view,the monolithic CPU system once damaged,will lead to the failure of the entire satellite.Therefore,it is very important to study the anti radiation hardening technology based on multi processor.In this paper,the space radiation environment is introduced,and the mechanism of the failure of the components is analyzed.On this basis,the system architecture of multi processor computer and the method of anti radiation hardening design are put forward.In radiation hardened design technology,this paper presents some methods,including the high reliable autonomous switching,the anti latch-up design for the large-current devices,the degradation and reconfiguration of the multi processor,which can solve some problems in the field of radiation hardening of satellite engineering tasks,and these methods have good operability in practice.The research of this paper is based on the domestic radiation-hardened DSP and multi processor technology,facing to avionics of the on-board electronics system.By the combinational radiation-hardened design of software and hardware,the high performance,high integration,low cost and radiation-hardened on-board computer can be achieved.This thesis lays a foundation for the development of high performance aerospace computer and the avionic system.
