Building Construction Status And Use Of Small And Medium-Sized City Landmarks Evaluation

In the process of rapid urbanization in China,small and medium-sized cities are developing rapidly.In order to highlight the characteristics of the city,small and mediumsized cities have built landmark buildings in order to show the characteristics of the city.Then,in this process,the small and medium-sized urban landmark buildings show excessive pursuit of form,exaggerated shape,high cost,inconsistent with urban space,unable to start from the needs of people.Based on this,this study attempts to analyze the existing small and mediumsized cities on the basis of typological analysis of landmark buildings,to explore the status of small and medium-sized cities landmark buildings,and optimize the strategy,with a view to small and medium-sized cities landmark buildings for reference.The main types of landmark buildings in small and medium-sized cities are high-rise commercial complex,sightseeing towers,multi-storey cultural buildings and other four types with different characteristics.However,they generally have problems such as the pursuit of appearance,lack of regional characteristics,copying and copying,uncoordinated relationship with urban space,lack of publicity and innovation.This paper attempts to sort out and analyze the development status of landmark buildings in small and medium-sized cities through literature review,comparative research,questionnaires,field visits and interviews,and takes Ganzhou Harmony Clock Tower as an example to evaluate POE,tries to explore the Optimization strategies of urban landmarks,as well as design methods for landmark buildings in small and medium-sized cities.The first chapter discusses the research background,purpose and significance of the research,research object and scope,research methods,research status and research framework,and lay a good foundation for the later discussion.The second chapter summarizes the current characteristics,development trends and existing problems of the landmark buildings in China's small and medium-sized cities by systematically combing and comparing the landmark buildings of more than 80 small and medium-sized cities in China.The third chapter takes the Ganzhou Harmony Clock Tower as an example,and conducts post-use evaluation research through questionnaires,field research and interviews,and draws people's evaluations on various aspects of landmark buildings in small and medium-sized cities from the perspective of users.Summarize the conclusions and analyze the reasons.Based on the research conclusions of the second and third chapters,combined with the urban imagery theory and system theory,the fourth chapter discusses the design of new landmark buildings in small and medium-sized cities and the optimization strategies in the operation of existing landmark buildings.Through the above aspects,this paper hopes to supplement the previous research on the development status of landmark buildings in small and medium-sized cities,and provide reference and reference for the development of landmark buildings in small and mediumsized cities in the future.
