Research On Shipyard Operation Process Control System Based On Task Package

Production management is the core of shipyard management.Operation schedule control is the most important content of shipyard production management.With the advancement of national strategies such as ‘Merge together with informatization and industrialisation’,shipbuilding enterprises use information technology to manage the progress of shipyard operations has become the only way to improve the level of enterprise production management.How to effectively manage the shipyard operation schedule through information technology is very important under the premise of ensuring the cost and quality of ship operations.In order to improve the management level of the shipyard operation schedule,this paper integrates the planning method-network planning technology and schedule management and progress control method-the earned value method into the shipyard operation schedule control.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Analysis of the relevant concepts of shipyard operation schedule management,the paper discusses the internal relationship between the operation schedule management and labor cost.According to the current status and existing problems of shipyard schedule control and labor costs,the contents of the shipyard operation schedule control are determined.The method of progress management-the relevant principles of the earned value method is introduced.(2)It has established a set of schedules and cost planning procedures applicable to shipyard production operations.It first analyzes the method and principle of planning and establishes a standard and standardized production task decomposition structure,the principle,method and process of decomposition are clearly defined.On this basis,the process of using the network planning technology to carry out the shipyard production schedule planning based on the task package is analyzed.Finally,the process of preparing the shipyard operation cost plan is elaborated.(3)Propose the use of multi-level earned value method based on task package to carry out shipyard operation schedule control.Based on the analysis of the application value and defects of the earned value method,combined with the shipyard operation task package,the multi-level earned value method is proposed to control the shipyard operation progress,and the application principle and application process of the method are analyzed.Finally,the production example proves that the use of this method for shipyard schedule control is more reasonable and effective than the traditional earned value method.(4)Design and implementation of shipyard operation schedule management and control system.Firstly,the functional requirements of the shipyard schedule system based on task package are expounded,and the system framework,function modules,databases,data flow,etc.are designed.Finally,the application process and application status of the system are summarized.
