With the improvement of people's living standards continually and the development of transportation system,the number of private cars in China is increasing gradually.The parking problem is becoming prominent more and more.The space capacity of cars carried is also facing more challenges.Due to the scarcity and preciousness of field resources in urban areas,in order to make good use of space and stop more traffic vehicles,this paper designs the program of the advanced Intelligent Three-dimensional Garage(ITG)system and carry out simulation.In this paper,the main research object is the four-layer and seven-formistic ITG.The main control unit is the DSP chip.Aiming at the overall coordinated planning for the upper and lower computer,the input signal source and the output direction of the ITG are analyzed.The simulation test is carried out with simulation software to test the ITG to ensure the function realized.On this basis,the design of hardware circuit and the selection of components are carried out.At last,the program is debugged and perfectedFirst of all,this paper introduces the classification of three-dimensional garage and its development status at home and abroad,and makes a simple analysis of the functions and control requirements of the lifting and transverse ITG,and completes a simple control strategy research.At the same time,the material selection and parking space planning for the ITG are completed according to the domestic situation.Secondly,in terms of hardware design,according to the functional requirements of the ITG,motor selection and general circuit design are completed.It mainly includes the design of minimum system of DSP,detection circuit and man-machine interface.The minimal system mainly includes power supply module,reset circuit,clock circuit,JTAG interface module and communication interface module.The detection circuit mainly includes current detection circuit,photoelectric switch and voltage detection circuit.The man-machine interface mainly includes the circuit design of host computer and the design of USB interface module.Then,in terms of software,according to the control process and control requirements of the ITG,the main design is: reset process,storage process and pick-up process.Finally,through the study of access vehicle strategy and the optimization design of parking space scheduling,the mathematical model is established through theoretical deduction,and four access vehicle strategies are determined,namely,pick-up priority,save priority,in-situ standby and cross-access.Through the simulation and debugging of the above four access vehicle strategies,it is finally determined that the in-situ standby strategy is the most energy-saving and efficient.Based on the in-situ standby strategy,the optimal parking space scheduling design is carried out.Today,with the vigorous development of domestic economy,the three-dimensional garage intelligent control system designed in this paper has played a positive role in solving the problem of parking difficulties in cities,improving people's travel environment and manifest the level and wisdom of a city manager,which has certain practical significance and practicability.
