Research On Quality Management Of R Community Gas Engineering

In the face of increasingly serious environmental pollution,the whole society has invested heavily in the construction of ecological civilization,and the concept of ecological civilization is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Natural gas as a clean fossil energy source has become an inevitable choice for green development;natural gas has entered the residential community because of its clean,convenient and safe characteristics.It has become an important energy source for cooking,hot water supply and heating.The construction of R community gas project is to supply residential gas for R community residents.The paper studies the quality management of R community gas project in detail.This article is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the research background,purpose and significance of community gas engineering construction.Using the literature research method,it summarizes the research status of quality management at home and abroad,and determines the research content,methods and routes.The second part defines the concepts of community gas engineering,and elaborates the quality management concepts and tools such as total quality management theory,ISO9000 quality management system,PDCA Cycle,Statistical Quality Control Theory,etc.,laying the foundation for subsequent research.The third part uses the case analysis method to describe the general situation,construction content and main workload of the R community gas project,clarifies the main body of management;Carry out on-the-spot investigation,analyze the status of quality management of the project in four parts: pre-construction,construction,acceptance and operation,and cooperation with external environment.Through inspection,we found the quality problems of the ball valve,the introduction tube,the bracket,the aluminum-plastic composite pipe,the casing,the anti-corrosion,the pipe welding,the one-time acceptance,the finished product protection,etc.,and carefully detailed these quality problems.Analyze and find out why.The fourth part is the main part of this paper.According to the divisional engineering division,construction process classification and construction installation sequence,the R community gas project is decomposed for the WBS work,and key checkpoints are set at important process or the multi-point nodes of quality problems as the monitoring focus;Pre-construction quality control: Improve supplier evaluation and elimination mechanism and quality information tracking and sharing mechanism,improve material quality inspection system,organize valve test;modify construction organization design plan,add new process equipment and materials,implement Key inspection point quality inspection system;Quality control in construction: Formulate the " Trench Standard",supplement and improve the pipe support bracket standard,based on the WBS work decomposition,join the construction progress of other construction parties in the community,and clear construction entry point.Optimize the construction process of gas project,highlight the connection with other construction parties,implement the inspection system for material entering,strengthen the management of completion data and logs,conduct new process training for construction personnel,and cooperate with developers.Improve the protection measures and systems of finished products,the key job categories of human capacity management;Quality control in the acceptance and operation stages: Optimize the acceptance process,clarify the acceptance criteria,conduct gas quality knowledge promotion,reward quality hazard reports and rationalization proposals,collect and share maintenance information,and conduct fuzzy comprehensive evaluation quality control effect.The fifth part is the quality management guarantee measures of R community gas project,optimizes the organizational structure,carries out the enterprise quality culture education and quality activities,improves the reward and punishment system,sorts out the system,and conducts multi-party collaborative management through contractual agreement,collaborative assessment and communication mechanism.The sixth part summarizes the four research conclusions of continuous improvement of standardized management,improvement of quality management details,strengthening external coordination and cultivating quality culture,pointing out the shortcomings and future research directions of this paper.
