Study On The Cost Management Of Qingdao HX Talent Apartment Under Construction

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to talent resources.With the intensification of the human resource attraction competition,more and more talent apartment projects have come into the public's vision.There is an increase in the number and investment amount of the talent apartment projects constructed by local governments as the government-invested projects.Nevertheless,during the process of project construction,because of the low cooperative efficiency of various stakeholders,as well as the lagging management method,the cost of the project may be out of control.This paper will be based on the relevant theories of project cost management,taking the HX talent apartment project as an example,to make an analysis of the cost composition of the project.It makes a cost prediction of various project cost through decomposing the cost composition,controlling the time and cost through modern cost control method.This paper first makes a brief introduction to the HX talent apartment project,decomposing the structure of the HX talent apartment construction project through the WBS method,so as to compile the project schedule,determine the project responsibility matrix,and make the cost plan for the project cost management through these work.It constructs the cost control system on the basis of cost plan.The cost control is carried out in the preparation stage and construction stage respectively.The data under the project construction process can be analyzed through value earning method,to find the shortcomings in project construction and seek solutions.Talent apartment project,as the government participating project,has its certain particularity.Therefore,the article finally discusses the shortcomings in the cost management from different angles of the government side and the project side and puts forward some suggestions to the key points of cost control of the next stage combined with the actual situation.
