In engineering construction, project management involves a lot of aspects, such as cost, schedule, and quality, and cost management is the key part. Construction projects are seekinginterest and benefit, if the project is on time and hand over, it will bring better economicinterests, or to play a good social; course, if postponed hand over, it will bring acorresponding loss. Modern projects will involve many aspects, is quite a huge amount ofmoney invested, the project itself has a large and complex characteristics, so, based on theprogress of the project cost level of cost management for the smooth progress of constructionprojects in construction process timely detection of problems and solve problems, to ensuretimely completion of the project has a very important significance. This article discusses themanagement of the project cost control and schedule control method of combining, through acombination of the two control objectives, which in turn strengthen the overall control of theproject to improve the management level of the project, so that the project achieved goodeconomic and social benefits benefits. This paper describes the current actual situation of construction project management, forthe control of three separate targets, there are separate phenomena, and then " earned value "theoretical system are discussed, what is the " earned value "," earn value method " origin, and the implementation of" earned value " of the main steps, calculation methods and themain control parameters for the following purpose is to introduce " examples of earned value" managed to pave the way; Finally, examples of projects Chengyang district Spirit Ka Parkgives the effect of the implementation process and implementation of the method. Throughtheoretical analysis and empirical analysis that:" earned value " to achieve synchronizationcontrol schedule and cost, the amount of money instead of using it to measure the progress ofthe project engineering, is a scientific and rational project management ideas.
