Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of short construction period,significant energy saving and low resource consumption.The application of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology can significantly improve the design quality and accuracy and meet the communication needs of project participants.BIM model is the premise to extract engineering information,speed up the design and meet the communication needs.However,when using BIM technology to design prefabricated concrete projects,problems such as repetitive component model creation and incomplete design information appear,resulting in low efficiency of modeling and insufficient depth of model.This paper studies the parametric and modular model of standardized components to solve the problem of rapid modeling and model sharing in the design of prefabricated buildings.In view of this,the following four aspects of research work were carried out in this paper:(1)Summarize the framework system of BIM applied to prefabricated structural design,and sort out its application work-flow and data control standards;Aiming at the problem of horizontal nodes of assembled shear wall at present,BIM technology is used to standardize assembled components and nodes,which is convenient for the separation and optimization design of local range of shear wall structure nodes.(2)The prefabricated wall,plate,beam and column was parametric designed,parameter contains the shape control parameters of concrete members and the reinforced constraint parameters,the positioning parameters of embedded parts and the material of steel bar and concrete category parameters such as the eight classes,modify the standard parameters can obtain the required artifacts,avoid similar component design repeat modeling;Based on the parametric components,the modular work has completed the prefabricated column,prefabricated beam,prefabricated inner wall,prefabricated board and other parametric component modules,which can be shared with other prefabricated building projects by changing their parameters.(3)In the parametric process of precast beams and precast columns,the steel bar parameters are numerous and it is difficult to adjust them one by one.Therefore,Revit plug-in was developed with C# language to complete the human-machine interaction interface ofbeam and column reinforcement,and input steel reinforcement parameters into the interface.After reading by Revit software,parameters in the component model were set automatically,so as to control the steel reinforcement generation.(4)Taking the construction industry base project of Shaanxi construction group co.,ltd.as an example,the parametric components were used to change parameters to obtain the components needed for the project,and the modeling efficiency of the project model was improved;The project accumulated prefabricated parametric laminated panels and prefabricated wall component modules,which verified that the parametric method and modulation could quickly realize the project design.At the same time,the created project parametric model module can be shared with other construction projects by changing parameters.The BIM model with modular parameters is used to extract engineering information,complete the inspection of collision,virtual construction and so on,and then guide the production and installation of prefabricated parts on site.In this paper,BIM model is used to standardize and optimize local structural nodes of prefabricated shear walls,which is convenient for the production and installation of prefabricated parts.Through the parametric design of components,the prefabricated wall,beam,column and plate parametric modules formed can achieve rapid modeling and model sharing.The project participants can extract all kinds of engineering data information from the BIM model,so as to realize the application of BIM in engineering design,production and construction.
