Identification, selection, different than the next period, the life cycle cost of risk factors influence risk factors determining a right weight, and then to a different sort of risk factors, influence the establishment of relations. Thereby constructing large water conservancy project life cycle cost risk analysis system, and expert survey method and analytic network process used in large-scale water conservancy project cost risk analysis, through engineering examples of calculation, analysis, special attention should be obtained in different periods of theory and method for providing operational cost risk factor for the large-scale water conservancy project life cycle cost of risk control.
