Beauty Evaluation Research Of Art Deco Style Residential Hard Landscape In Shanghai

Hard landscape is one of the most important part of residential area landscape.Hard landscape in the residential landscape first met the traffic function,leisure recreation function everyday needs,through the landscape design of the scenery such as color,texture,light and shade and atmosphere,provide for owners of residents enjoy the appeal of the life of beauty and spiritual satisfaction.Because residential area of the hard landscape or both provides ornamental space art,culture and so on activity.The research through the related theories and methods of social investigation,Shanghai residential area selected for the study,within the scope of the Art Deco District,Shanghai-style settlements from selected representative seven settlements.Survey from the artistic quality of hard landscape,culture,coordination and so on many aspects.In addition according to the psychological characteristics of the space users and demand,systematically combing the theory and method of residential landscape beauty of quality evaluation,combined with the views of industry experts,construction of the Art Deco-style settlements hard landscape beauty of the Quality Evaluation System.After the seven settlements 11 descriptive characteristics of single factor analysis,quality grade for each individual factor comparative analysis of different settlements and hard landscape aesthetic quality grade of comprehensive comparative analysis.Concluded the Art Deco style and a little less than Shanghai Settlements hard landscape exists,and optimization proposal.The results of this study are as follows: 1)in the investigation of seven Art Deco-style Shanghai settlements,landscape quality level parallel in ? stage Vanke emerald Albany and PinZunGuoJi,accounting for 28.57%,? grade three: ZhongHuanMingPin Gongguan,Lakeville and HuaRun Central Park,accounting for 42.86%,? grade two,respectively,Longfor LiCheng and Albany oasis,accounting for 28.57%.;11 evaluation factors,the highest score of the first three factors are hard landscape delicacy of detail,the proportion Art Deco-style architectural elements of expression and hard landscape with a sense of scale,the lowest score is three hard landscape materials and texture diversity and unity,rhythm and expression hard landscape of rhythm and real estate brand culture;In view of the Art Deco style of Shanghai residential main problems of hard landscape beauty puts forward the corresponding Suggestions.Provide reference for the Shanghai Art Deco-style living area and the same type of apartments or settlements planning and design.The main innovation of this paper is: 1)for the first time from the perspective of the beauty of the landscape of the hard research of Art Deco style of Shanghai settlements;2)Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP,from hard landscape beauty of the artistic,cultural and coordination layer of the three criteria esTablelished evaluation system was constructed using composite index Art Deco-style settlements hard landscape aesthetic evaluation model.In this paper,only the Art Deco style of the Shanghai Settlements hard landscape for the study,does not involve residential green landscape,normal or lower level for some settlements or other architectural styles settlements not included in the study,so the results have a certain geographical limitations,pending further study in the future.Deficiencies will be supplemented in subsequent studies.
