In building a global energy internet environment,strong smart grid based on UHV grid is the basis for a large grid interconnection.As an important part of the entire power system,distribution network connected to the grid with the user.Its operation mode,the complexity of the structure of the grid and the type of equipment are higher than the transmission grid,it runs security for the safe and stable operation of the entire grid to shut important.With the rapid development of power industry,information technology,interactive intelligent distribution network compared to the traditional distribution network enables more efficient and more economical and humane operation and service,but also for clean alternative energy alternatives and provide the conditions for.Intelligent distribution network will inevitably bring some influence on the reliability of power supply,qualitative research results can be analyzed according to their characteristics,to guide the actual network planning must be accurate quantitative research.Smart distribution network in the traditional distribution grid on the basis of adding distributed power,energy storage,electric vehicles and other smart distribution of electrical equipment,greatly increased the complexity of its operation,the impact of each element of the distribution network reliability are also different the same.Power system basic task is to provide users with reliable,stable and high-quality electricity,as users of the increasing demand for power quality,assess the reliability of the electricity system throughout all stages of the construction of electric power,how to improve the reliability has become when planning must consider.In this paper,the impact from the smart with electric element is added to the distribution network to expand the perspective of supply reliability analysis study were smart with electric element modeling and analysis of its characteristics.Smart distribution network compared to the traditional distribution network,access to the distributed power,energy storage,electric vehicles,smart meters,smart home,micro-grid and smart distribution automation and other seven with electric components.These access elements in favor of the use of clean energy,while greatly improving the distribution network automation,interactive and level of information,but also makes the operating mode of distribution network becomes more complex.Each intelligent component due to the different characteristics of the power supply reliability of its impact and influence are not the same way,you need to build mathematical models were applied to calculate the reliability,the reliability of the traditional calculation methods were improved in mind and various smart distribution the impact of electricity element.Some intelligent element apparently due to different access sites and access capacity and reliability impact of differences such as storage access,you can achieve optimal allocation of resources in accordance with the corresponding reliability assessment results to improve the efficiency of the distribution network.Reliability is calculated into the impact of each element analytical method and simulation method two categories,analytical method capable of intuitive response system reliability,we use the improved search method reliability calculation circuit analysis,consider the impact of the smart with electric element and to amend the original formula.Assessed by analyzing the actual grid access certain areas were smart with electric element reliability,optimum access.The results show that,on the whole,the information exchange smart distribution grid brings not only improve flexibility and control it's power system,but also improve the reliability of power supply to a certain extent,but not all intelligent components all access methods can effectively improve the reliability,through reliability analysis and calculation,it is possible to optimize the configuration of intelligent devices.Study the effectiveness of the method of analysis of the reaction,as well as full instructions for reliability analysis and research has important reference for the actual project.
