Under the general trend of the ship's all-electricity design,and the lightweight and electric drive of cabin auxiliary equipment,the future ship stabilizing device will have the need of adopting the electric drive method,which can significantly reduce the volume and weight of the equipment and completely solve the problem of the traditional hydraulic system efficiency.Low,oil leakage,high noise,and heat problems significantly increase equipment reliability and maintainability.The research objectives of this project are: Based on the lightweight design technology for cabin auxiliary engines and the electric drive mechanism technology,through the development of key technologies for integrated optimization design of ship light weight stabilization devices,servo system drive control technology,onshore bench test technology,etc.Study and complete the development of a lightweight stabilization device for small and medium-sized ships to achieve the selection of a new type of drive mode for the light weight and light weight stability of small and medium-sized ships,and to complete experimental verification and demonstration applications.The object of this application test study is the existing set of fin stabilizer device actuators.After the modification,the electric cylinder is replaced with the original hydraulic cylinder and tested.First of all,the system design is completed.According to the fluid calculation input of the original equipment application ship,the overall parameters of the electric fin stabilizer device are calculated and used as the basis for the selection of the servo electric cylinder.Then,the performance of the electric cylinder is tested,a test platform is built,and the performance of the electric cylinder is fully tested,which lays the foundation for the application of the electric cylinder on the fin stabilizer device.The drive control program was programmed according to the dual-cylinder synergistic control of the fin stabilizer and the related motion requirements.The application test of the electric cylinder on the fin stabilizer device was carried out.The entire test system consisted of an electric anti-roll fin prototype machine and a simulation loading device.This study is an electric cylinder application test.The purpose is to verify the feasibility of the application of this type of electric cylinder in the fin stabilizer,the reliability of continuous operation and the rationality of matching the drive parameters.The follow-up work is mainly to test and verify the stability and reliability of the electric fin stabilizer device under loading conditions.
