The main function of Automatic generation control(automatic generation control,automatic generation control(AGC)system is to maintain the balance of generator power and load power,guarantee the power quality of power grid.As an expansion of the scale of power system,the economic operation of power system is more and more important,plant-level optimal load distribution has become a very important research subject.According to the statistical data shows that both at home and abroad,to realize the optimal distribution of load of thermal power unit can save 0.1% ~ 1.5% of the fuel(coal)consumption.This energy reducing,the increasingly scarce in today,is very considerable economic benefits.Inner Mongolia daihai power plant capacity 4 coal-fired units of 630 MW,since 2014 to carry out the plant-level energy-saving scheduling AGC system feasibility study,complete system reform in 2016.The thesis carries out corresponding work in combination with AGC transformation of power plant.The power supply coal consumption of the generating set is calculated according to the generating capacity of the generating set and the power utilization rate of the plant.In the process of coal consumption characteristic curve fitting,the influence of power consumption rate,main auxiliary machines such as electric feed pump and air cooling fan are considered,then the characteristic curve of power supply coal consumption is fitted out.The load optimization mathematical model is established according to th e boundary conditions of the dispatching system,such as total load balance,the upper and lower limit of the unit load,the unit load regulation rate,and the critical load constraint.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to realize the load optimization distribution and achieve the optimization effect of the lowest coal consumption in the whole plant.Based on the single machine load instructions received by the unit in October 2016,the particle swarm simulation was conducted and the simulation data was analyzed.After the load optimization distribution,the coal consumption of power generation in the whole plant was reduced compared to that before optimization.The system reform is designed in combination with RTU,DCS and SIS system architecture.Through data transmission between systems,the transformation of AGC scheduling system at the factory level is completed.The system is based on the unit operation data of DCS,SIS and other systems for data processing.According to the data analysis of the system simulation operation,the coal consumption of the whole plant can be effectively reduced after the operation of the factory-level AGC scheduling system of daihai power plant,which improves the environmental protection of the unit operation and achieves the optimization goal of energy saving and emission reduction.Based on the simulation operation data in October 2016,the effect of the system transformation was analyzed and evaluated from the perspective of energy saving and environmental protection.
