Study On The Design Strategy Of Urban Small Household Housing Development

This paper is based on the development of small-sized apartment and its theory as the research background,a large number of research and analysis of the status of urban small-sized residential development,including domestic small-sized apartment development and design and Harbin small-sized apartment development and design status,to elaborate and explain,for the paper provides theoretical data,charts and illustrations.Through the analysis of the current development status of small apartment,we can preliminarily know the characteristics of small apartment,which are: transitional,housing costs,low decoration and living costs,complete functions,and so on.Through investigation and analysis,it points out the related problems in the design,such as unreasonable structure,inadequate consideration for humanization,problems in the design,development of blank rooms and imperfect matching of life.For people living in a special shortage of land resources today,small apartment has become a very common form of housing,small apartment residential area,but does not mean that the owner of the comfort of life reduced requirements,small apartment design still requires "sparrow is small,all five internal organs are complete",in the face of shrinking the area and increasing Functional contradictions,we can make full use of the house’s smart and flexible features,as long as the function of a reasonable division,and clever use,to adopt a series of design techniques to make small space,large use of life more comfortable and exciting.In the third chapter of the paper,the property of small apartment is analyzed,what are the characteristics of the demand group,and what groups are the purchasers divided into.In the last part of the paper,the problems in the design pointed out above are pointed out,the relevant countermeasures are put forward,and the design countermeasures are illustrated in detail by case and space.Starting from the current situation of our country,whether it is in the perspective of social discussion or architectural aesthetics,we can effectively adjust the fierce contradiction between young people and living space,and help the capital-constrained young people to solve the housing demand and living space demand,which has a certain universality and is worthy of our in-depth exploration.
