With the large-scale construction and popularization of smart power network,there is a multi-professional integration in the direction of relay protection and automatic control;transmission and power supply security risk are increased by the complexity of power grid structure,long-distance transmission,regionalization of backbone networks and other issues.Reducing the impact of system disturbance on the regional power grid and relying on the traditional single-interval relay protection setting method can not effectively solve the requirements of operational stability and safety risk control.The thesis studies the implementation scheme of station protection system based on the application of intelligent substation related technology by analyzing the specific structure and application technology of conventional substation relay protection.The intelligent substation relies on IEC61850 standardized modeling to realize the real-time acquisition of the whole station information of the substation,which lay technical foundations for the realization of the station protection system.The station domain relay protection system can complete the centralized collection and logic processing of the whole station protection information through the existing communication and network technology,as meeting the control function of the primary equipment within the protection scope.The pical 110 kV substation system structure is constructed and the substation-area protection function configuration is systematically analyzed by setting the target system of protection;According to the configuration of the protection function,the characteristics of the data algorithm are analyzed,the protection logic of the station domain is optimized,focusing on analyzing the protection logic of the main protection and the technical difficulties such as CT disconnection and differential protection.Multiple interval protection logic design schemes are completed.Thereby implementing a system completes the multi-space component protection function;The substation-area protection system has high requirements for the synchronization of sampled data,data synchronization is the core issue to ensure that the functions of the substation-area protection can be realized,the data synchronization scheme of timing,punctuality and quadratic interpolation algorithm is designed to improve the reliability and stability of data acquisition through the analysis and research of communication mechanism and data structure;Reliability and stability station-domain relay protection has high requirements for communication stability,designing the network protection scheme of station protection,and evaluating the process layer network traffic to the station protection system influence the design.Collecting and processing multiple types of data in the system meet the reliability requirements of data access and acquisition for multi-CPU architecture systems through network technology analysis and research on intelligent substation application.The engineering prototype has passed the dynamic model test,as all the functional indicators have met the technical requirements.The engineering application of the station protection system has been realized with the research on the realization mechanism of the station protection system and the specific design scheme which has been determined.
